PREPARATION

All blistered, bubbled or peeled areas where paint has been previously applied will be thoroughly scrapped and sanded. All surfaces containing mildew and/or dirt, will be pressure washed prior to painting.

FINISH

Only the highest quality of painting materials will be used for years of durability against the outside natural elements. All windows, screens, and plants surrounding the exterior of the house will be cleaned of paint upon completion of work.
